			To accompany your sightseeing tour of Schiltigheim, the Beer Capital, we offer you the full savour of French and Alsatian cooking. In 1850, the cellars, built in the 18th century and situated in the very heart of the old Schiltigheim, used to house the barrels of a distillery. These former cellars, built in Vosges sandstone, were used for the purposes of wine trading in 1957 before being renovated by Mr. Bruno Bork in 1987. Today, they are home to a delightful restaurant.
