				The vaulted cellars
			These former cellars, built in Vosges sandstone, were used for the purposes of wine trading in 1957 before being renovated by Mr. Bruno Bork in 1987. Today, they are home to a delightful restaurant.
			In the Cellar you will be attended to by a charming team of restaurant staff and you will be able to enjoy succulent fish dishes, meat prepared in a variety of delicious sauces and a wide range of Alsatian specialities. We have carefully selected for you the best wines to savour together with your meal
